Quality Assurance Manager [Ref: QA-C1078]

 

Job Description:

  • To manage all internal and external quality issues for China and to oversee suppliers to ensure zero defects, the areas involved include in-plant and out-sourced fabricated components/assemblies;
  • To manage and lead quality improvement programs to ensure a “Zero Defect” mentality and to maintain the company’s “Quality Management System” (QMS);
  • To provide “Advanced Quality Engineering” (AQE) to support project teams for “New Products Introduction” (NPI) and regulatory requirements;
  • To create goals and KPI to enable the QA team to achieve a more effective quality system;
  • To manage and implement customer quality expectations and requirements; and
  • To manage product test plans with associated product specifications and customer requirements.
  • The position will report directly to the Group QA Director.

 Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical) or related discipline
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in the QA/QC/QMS field
  • Knowledge in SPC, CPK and Six Sigma disciplines is an advantage
  • Practical experience in Quality Management System ISO 9001, ISO14001
  • Ability to understand and apply Quality Tools for quality improvement and to provide relevant technique training
  • Fluent communication skills in spoken and written English and Mandarin are required
  • Station in our factories within the Guangdong Province

Electronic Engineer [Ref: EE-C1079]

Job Description:

  •  Participate in the hardware design for Hardware Products
  • Troubleshooting on the prototype and product boards
  • Testing the products according to the specification
  •  Responsible for electronic and electrical component, PCB layout, circuit and board design
  • Work closely with the team to ensure requirements are met

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or above in Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
  • Solid technical knowledge on PCB layout
  • 5 years of working experience in electronic product design and development
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Job Description:

  • Coordinate the projects from the initial stage for clarification/negotiation of schedule, product specification and quality requirement
  • Manage functional teams to execute/monitor the project schedule, product quality requirement during the product realization stage
  • Communicate with the customer to facilitate the project visibility and the product launching plan
  • Work with technical teams and factory engineers
  • Travel to China is required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
  • At least 5 years’ experience in project coordination and supervision
  • Familiar with memory storage product
  • Knowledge of manufacturing production process
  • Good communication, project coordination and leadership skills
  • Proactive, drive to succeed and able to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin

Key Account Manager [Ref: GE-C1081]


Job Description:

  • Handle orders and related commercial issues with customers, including contract review, product quotation, cost control and payment;
  • Oversee the scheduling, coordination and implementation of products and services for customer accounts;
  • Ensure effective communications and successful execution of customer programs by cross-functional teams;
  • Inspire cross-team performance
  • Lead project team & operations to meet internal & external stakeholder’s KPI targets;
  • Establish sustainable customer relationships, with the overall focus to ensure customer satisfaction and retention in order to generate growth for the business;
  • Act as a mentor to develop talents from the team.

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Engineering, Business, Project Management or equivalent;
  • Minimum 8 years’ working experience in OEM/ODM project management for electronic manufacturing industries;
  • 5 years’ solid experience in Managerial position;
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) will be a merit;
  • Well-known for product development and manufacturing process flows;
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, problem-solving and presentation skills;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin;
  • At least 3 days a week travel to PRC plant is required
